Service Coördinator

Would you like to help customers meet their repair and overhaul needs? Do you have the skills to manage a group of technicians? And do you want to maximize customer satisfaction? Then we would like to get in touch with you! What are you going to do? As a service coordinator you are the point of contact for our relations regarding pump service. You have knowledge of pump and diesel technology and are able to handle malfunction reports by telephone. A short response time is required. You are responsible for the daily affairs and planning of the department. You make revision proposals and quotations, follow up on these proposals/statements and carry out telephone analyses. You ensure proper recording of the planning, correct handling of the reports from the service technicians and manage the technical equipment. The customer base includes well pumpers, contractors, dredgers and water boards.
