As of November 1, 2024, U-F-M b.v., a specialist in ultrasonic flow measurements, has started a new chapter in its development. The company has moved to a more spacious and modern building in Oud Gastel, West Brabant. This gives U-F-M the opportunity to further optimize its services and respond to growing customer needs.
The new building offers U-F-M not only more space, but also more possibilities. The extra capacity enables the company to:
• Maintain more stock of flow meters and accessories for sale and rental, resulting in shorter delivery times.
• Expand the service workshop with advanced calibration possibilities, tailored to the highest standards.
• Train customers in a newly equipped training room, where the operation and application of ultrasonic measurement solutions are central.
FOCUS ON CALIBRATION
A key pillar of the service provision from the new location is the expansion of calibration activities. Calibration is essential to ensure the accuracy of ultrasonic measuring instruments such as flow meters. Periodic calibration, performed with equipment that is traceable to the highest reference standards, minimizes measurement deviations and contributes to a reliable measurement process. U-F-M not only offers high-quality calibrations, but also detailed reports that can serve as evidence in situations where measurement results are crucial, for example in environmental legislation.
