Within the construction team agreement for Adjustments to Tilburg WWTP, the WWTP will be renovated in the coming years. The first sub-project Adjustment of Aeration Tanks has now been completed after an extensive engineering phase. Engineering has started with the second Mechanical Pre-Purification sub-project.
The Adjustment of Aeration Tanks consists of the following activities:
– Phased conversion of the 3 ATs with new aeration elements, mixers, propellers, recirculation pumps and recirculation augers
– Phased conversion of the blower building containing 3 new turbo blowers
– Installation of a new ferric chloride storage and dosing installation
RWB carries out the mechanical engineering work on behalf of Mobilis within the water purification alliance.
