How does it work?
- First, register for Aqua Nederland: after registration, you will receive an email to create your account in the Easyfairs NL app.
- Download the Easyfairs NL app: the app is available for both Android and iOS. Follow the link or scan the QR code to download the app.
- Set up your profile: tell us your interests, company details, and what you are looking for at the show.
- Start matching: begin exploring our recommendations, connect with fellow professionals in the industry, and plan your visit.
- Enjoy Aqua Nederland: with your schedule at hand, you can focus on making new connections and gaining valuable insights!

About two weeks before the event starts, the app goes live. At that time, you will find the links to the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android) here.
FAQ
Visitors, speakers, and exhibitors can log in to the Easyfairs NL app to follow the latest event news and connect with other visitors, exhibitors, or speakers. With the app, they can:
- View the knowledge program and schedule sessions in their agenda
- Network with other visitors, exhibitors, or speakers
- Schedule appointments with others during the event
- View speaker and exhibitor information
- View the floor plan
The app can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Search for Easyfairs NL. Or click ‘Download the app’ in the welcome email you receive.
After registering for the event, you will receive a welcome email to activate your account for the Easyfairs NL app. Enter the email address you registered with and the registration ID/badge ID from the welcome email. Then, create a password that you can use to log in in the future.
Click the Help? button in the app to contact support, so the email can be resent. Or email uitnodiging@easyfairs.com.
In the exhibitor list, you will find all participating companies. Click ‘Show interest’ to indicate that you are interested in the company. If the exhibitor confirms your interest, you can chat or schedule an appointment.
Under ‘App users’, you can see all users of the app. If you want to connect with another visitor, for example, search for that person and click ‘Show interest’ to indicate your interest.
The entire program is visible in the app under the program section. If you want to attend a session, you can add it to your agenda by clicking the ‘Add to agenda’ button for that session.
Under ‘Recommended for you’, you will see recommendations specifically tailored to you, such as exhibitors, stand personnel, other visitors, etc. These recommendations are based on your profile and interests. You can show interest in the suggested people or companies or skip them.
