As a projectmanager/projectleader, you realize multidisciplinary and integrated projects in the field of water treatment. You are responsible for ensuring that these projects run smoothly and deliver the desired results to both clients and ADS Group. You are involved in the project from the tender onwards. You are often the primary contact person for the client and therefore know their needs. Based on the contract, the agreement and (joint) objectives, you create an effective plan with the associated actions. During the project, you manage, among others, (senior) work planners and discipline leaders. You manage the contract and thus the project with the management factors of time, money, quality, information and organization. In addition, you understand the technology well in order to challenge your team to perform optimally and to contribute to decision-making and solving problems for the client right up to the realization.

As a Project Coordinator, specialized in civil engineering, you are responsible for the proper management of the work preparation in a multidisciplinary project. You instruct and manage the work preparation engineer(s) and are involved in drawing up, executing and monitoring the planning and working methods. In addition, you select and assess suppliers, request quotes and draw up purchasing contracts. You are involved in drawing up project-specific quality plans, VGM plans and drawing up the work plans. You are partly responsible for the coordination of the construction project and monitor the agreements made. As a Project Coordinator, you are the right hand of the Project Manager. You support and advise the Project Manager on, among other things, implementation methods, planning, purchasing, product choices and in the financial, legal and contractual handling of additional and reduced work.

In this role, you are responsible for the entire work preparation for our new construction and renovation projects for, for example, sewage treatment plants, pumping stations and drinking water stations. You are responsible for the timely request and ordering of goods, installations or subcontractors and monitor the agreements made. In addition, you draw up purchasing schedules, material lists and data requirements schedules. You request quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, set up mirrors and discuss these with the project manager. Investigating alternatives for purchasing, construction processes/methods, construction materials and providing input for the financial reports are part of your duties.
You are partly responsible for the coordination of the construction project and monitor the agreements made.

As a project leader you are responsible for mono- and multidisciplinary projects in the field of water treatment. Thanks to your leadership, these run smoothly and clients are satisfied. You are involved from the tender phase and you maintain contact with the client throughout the entire project. Your coaching skills and knowledge of technology ensure that your team can always lean on you.
Your knowledge and experience:
– a technical HBO diploma, for example in Mechanical Engineering;
– a VCA VOL diploma;
– 3+ years of experience with coordination and coordination within multidisciplinary projects;
– experience within the wastewater or drinking water sector;
– a results- and people-oriented attitude and leadership skills;
– knowledge of WTB, process technology, E/PA and various contract forms (UAV, UAV-GC, Bouwteam);
– you work safely, according to regulations and guidelines;
– knowledge of Systems Engineering, Relatics and planning programs such as MS-Projects (pre).
