Practical information
During the construction and on the first day of the exhibition, you as an exhibitor must enter the exhibition floor via the exhibitor’s reception. Here you can also pick up your exhibitor badge, Full Service package (lunch voucher / parking tickets) and Smart Badge Reader. Click here for a map with the exhibitor reception.
My Easyfairs
After registering as an exhibitor of Aqua Nederland Vakbeurs you will receive your login details for My Easyfairs. On My Easyfairs you can:
- Fill your company profile and place products, vacancies and news items. Placing orders such as, for example, electricity, furniture or promotional materials.
- Read the manual before your exhibition participation
- Download the logo and banners to promote your participation.
You are already visible to the visitors prior to the fair. In addition, the visitor receives the information that you upload on the exhibition website when they scan your reader on the stand.
