Job description As a commercial office employee, you and your colleagues are responsible for realizing turnover and margin for the P&S department. You approach customers and you represent the interests of customers from the office staff. You support the department administratively and inform customers and relations about the department's products and services. In addition, in the absence of the Service Coordinator, you take care of the service planning (plans of people, resources, equipment and materials).

Job requirements
A completed MBO education;
– Affinity with technology;
– Knowledge of (telephone) sales techniques;
– Knowledge of planning methods;
– Ability to work well in a team;
– Work well independently;
– Knowledge of the Office package;
– Administratively correct in combination with ERP package
– A customer-oriented attitude;
– Good communicative skills;
– Good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written;
– Knowledge of the German language is an advantage;
– Flexible and stress-resistant.
