You are a driven and positive leader who is able to bring people along, motivate and ensure they contribute to the optimal customer journey. You understand customer expectations like no other and are able to translate this into daily leadership. As a strategic thinker you are able to translate customer demand and market developments, together with the commercial input of the team, into concrete plans.
What will you do with us?
Daily leadership of the sales team (15 FTE) and indirectly of the service team (20 FTE). You ensure that the team can perform its work and provide an optimal customer journey;
Process-driven the use of the ERP, and CRM system;
You ensure that the agreed objectives are realized and report to the management on the (adjusted) forecasts and adjust where necessary;
You advise in the development of the (strategic) policy plan and annual budget;
You are jointly responsible for the implementation of the commercial policy. You do this through market research, coordination of marketing activities and maintaining contacts with important (potential) customers;
You maintain contacts with important (potential) suppliers;
Together with HR, you ensure optimal staffing and development of your team.
You bring with you:
A technical or commercial education at college level;
Several years of experience in both commercial and management areas;
Thorough knowledge of the industry and pump technology is a plus;
Dutch and English in speech and writing. German is an advantage;
Strong technical – commercial feeling;
You can handle confidential information.
