Je assembleert eerst de geleverde technische systemen en producten in onze eigen werkplaats in Borne en bereid je de montage voor. Daarna monteer je de systemen samen met een collega op de bouwlocatie bij de klant. Soms is de situatie op locatie toch iets anders dan vooraf ingeschat en is het een uitdaging om een passende oplossing te vinden. Op locatie heb je uiteraard veel contact met de uitvoerder. Gemiddeld ben je drie dagen in de week op locatie aan het werk. In het werk kom je in aanraking met verschillende technieken, zoals: mechanica, hydrauliek en elektrotechniek. We zoeken geen specialist, maar iemand die het leuk vindt om veel buiten te werken en gevoel heeft voor techniek.
De ene dag werk je in de werkplaats en denk je mee over nieuwe projecten. De volgende dag reis je in je eigen bedrijfsbus naar locaties in heel Nederland om montage- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit te voeren.

Job description
As an installation employee, you receive assignments from the contractor or project manager to carry out installation work on water treatment installations. You install installation parts and piping systems and assemble them. You perform these activities independently or in a team. The projects mainly take place in the Netherlands.

If the projects are a little further away from your place of residence, you will stay with your colleagues in a hotel near the project. In this full-time position you usually work 4 days and have Fridays off.

As a mechanic, you are involved in repairs, maintenance and adjustments to (industrial) pumps and pump installations. From simply replacing a mechanical seal to complete multi-day overhauls. In addition, testing, handling warranty requests or analysing a fault pattern are also regularly part of your work. As a specialist in your field, you actively think about technical improvements to limit faults or maintenance intervals, for example. You work in a well-equipped modern workshop with a complete range of tools. In addition to tinkering in our workshop, there are also activities on location where you install, inspect or maintain new pump systems at the customer’s premises.

In this role, you are responsible for the entire work preparation for our new construction and renovation projects for, for example, sewage treatment plants, pumping stations and drinking water stations. You are responsible for the timely request and ordering of goods, installations or subcontractors and monitor the agreements made. In addition, you draw up purchasing schedules, material lists and data requirements schedules. You request quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, set up mirrors and discuss these with the project manager. Investigating alternatives for purchasing, construction processes/methods, construction materials and providing input for the financial reports are part of your duties.
You are partly responsible for the coordination of the construction project and monitor the agreements made.

YOUR GOAL
As a Process Engineer Monitoring you are responsible for monitoring and delivering solutions for customer installations. You ensure that the process water is and remains balanced. You monitor the installations remotely with real-time operating systems, analyze the real-time & historical data, advise the customer and record this in customer reports. Together with various engineers, you visit customers and contribute to customer satisfaction with our services.

THIS IS YOU
You have completed an MBO education, preferably in a process technical direction. At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position. You keep an overview in a hectic environment. Knowledge of water technologies or wastewater installations is an advantage. Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language.

Job description
As a Sales/Process Engineer, you support the field sales force of the Products & Services department by advising and setting up the most suitable process design of (parts of) water treatment installations. You do this for companies in healthcare and non-residential construction, but especially in the industrial sector. Together with the field sales force, you translate the wishes and requirements of customers into a process technology design.

In addition to designing and supplying turn-key water treatment installations, your work also includes optimizing and making (existing) installations more sustainable. Als Field Service Engineer zorg je, als visitekaartje van Multi Instruments Analytical, voor uitstekende service aan de klanten.
