YOUR GOAL As a Talent acquisition specialist you play an important role in attracting and selecting talent for the Benelux region. Devising and setting up campaigns, thinking out of the box, creating strategic insight, collaborating with colleagues all over the world. Together with another colleague you are responsible for the entire recruitment process. Bring on your ideas! THIS IS YOU To be successful in this role, it is important that you get energy from working with people. You have an HBO working and thinking level, including at least 4 years of work experience as a recruiter. Furthermore, you are enthusiastic, proactive and organizationally strong, structured and consistent in every phase of the process, careful and have an eye for detail. And you have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
