In 2020, GMB opened a branch in Heemskerk, to be closer to customers in the North West of the Netherlands. Due to rapid growth, we moved to a new office nearby this summer.
Due to the expected growth, we are looking for quite a few new GMB employees in the coming years!
From Heemskerk, GMB mainly works for water boards and drinking water companies, for example on pumping stations, sewage treatment plants and pumping stations. These are often multidisciplinary works, which means that we are looking for new colleagues across the board; concrete and civil, from infrastructure to Wtb and from professionals to UTA. As far as project leader Arjan van de Pol is concerned, motivation and eagerness to learn are the most important: “Experience in our sport is included, but motivation, eagerness to learn and a willingness to tackle things are more important. You are also very welcome if, for example, you want to develop yourself from an architectural background to a multidisciplinary focus. We offer plenty of development opportunities to professionals as well as interns and graduates.”
