Condensation pit

A condensation pit collects the separated condensation water and forms a safe barrier between the biogas plant and the outside environment. The condensation pit is equipped with a water lock and runs over to a 2nd compartment where the condensation water is drained off by means of a pump with level control. On request, the condensation pits can be adapted to meet the customer’s specific requirements regarding automation requirements such as leak detection and drying-up protection. For customised products, extra attention is paid to operation and maintenance outside the condensation pit, ventilation possibilities and fall protection.
