Lugan compact flotation plant

Our Lugan® compact flotation systems use, depending on the version, dissolved air flotation or electroflotation. They are designed for a capacity of 0.75 – 20 m³/h.
Lugan® installations are used for the further purification of waste water from washing processes, such as those in washing stations for the cleaning of vehicles and components. They use a separator to remove emulsified oils, greases or heavy metals after pre-treatment.
The wastewater treatment and water circulation plants have a proven track record in the food industry and for car wash stations. They are used as stand-alone units for the indirect return of water to the environment, for water circulation or as a pre-treatment phase for biological plants.
The intensive treatment of wastewater ensures that the limit values for pH, hydrocarbons, lipophilic substances and heavy metals are not exceeded. COD and BOD values are greatly reduced.
