Correct real-time measurements are crucial for optimizing and automating sludge dewatering. Optical TSS sensors are often used for measuring the supplied sludge. These sensors can measure a limited concentration of TSS, but are also affected by colour changes. The SOLiSENZ LSZ measures based on Ultrasound backscattering and is not affected by this. The sensor can be placed directly in the supply pipe and requires little maintenance. The sensor data can be transferred directly to your Scada system or presented on the local transmitter SOLiSENZ SZ.
