TSS and Turbidity in Waste Water
The TSS is measured at various places at a water purification plant. Our sensor for total suspended solids works according to the light scattering principle in the infrared region. In this way a color independent measurement of the TSS is made. the sensor has a density class of IP68 and has an automatically adjustable wiper. The sensor has a very low resolution and can therefore be used in the effluent. The associated transmitter is available in various versions to connect multiple TSS measurements to one transmitter. We offer many solutions for important water-related measurements at a water treatment plant. This TSS (total suspended solids) measurement can also be applied to many industrial processes.
